All Sales Are Final
Due to the personal care nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and confirmed. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
The Zakara Infrared Therapy Mask is a personal care and wellness device that comes into direct contact with the skin. For hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened units cannot be accepted back under any circumstances.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is:
- Visibly damaged upon arrival
- Defective or non-functional
- Materially different from what was ordered
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at ZakaraSkincare@proton.me with your order number and clear photographic evidence. Claims submitted outside this window will not be eligible for review. We reserve the right to assess each claim individually and, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement or store credit. No cash refunds will be issued.
Items damaged through misuse, improper handling, or normal wear are not covered.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once placed. All purchases are processed immediately upon confirmation.
European Union Customers
Notwithstanding the above, customers located in the European Union retain statutory rights under EU Directive 2011/83/EU. EU customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receipt for any reason, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all original tags and documentation. Opened personal care devices are exempt from this right under Article 16(e) of the Directive. To exercise this right, contact ZakaraSkincare@proton.me within the 14-day window.
