Shipping policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Times

Standard shipping typically takes 7–15 business days depending on your location. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. Zakara is not responsible for delays once an order has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders as displayed at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system. If your tracking has not updated after 5 business days, contact us at ZakaraSkincare@proton.me.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Zakara is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office before contacting us. If the issue remains unresolved, contact us at ZakaraSkincare@proton.me within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will do our best to assist.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Zakara ships internationally. Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Zakara has no control over customs processes and cannot predict or cover these fees. Delays caused by customs are outside our control.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Zakara is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at ZakaraSkincare@proton.me. We will do our best to correct it before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
